Judicial Psychosis – The Psychological Takeover of the Court

The Rule of Law is about to be dismissed in favor of the Rule of Psychology. Instead of observing behavior, leading to accountability for one’s actions, we are witnessing the takeover of the Court by psychiatric diagnosis, leading to the excuse of criminal behavior. This psychosis of the American judicial system has the consequence of impacting our freedoms based upon a moral conscience and our responsibilities to act accordingly.

To start with, ‘psyche’ is the Greek term for the ‘soul.’ The Greek term for ‘study’ is ‘ology.’ Put them together and we have the word Psychology or the ‘study the soul.’ The professions of Psychology and Psychiatry have determined what a mental state disconnected with reality is called:

·       Psychosis is a mental state that causes a disconnection from reality, making it hard for a person to tell what is real and what is not.

·       Psychotic means relating to, marked by, or experiencing a severe mental state that involves a loss of contact with reality.

When the Courts reject judicial rules that follow acts and facts of behavior and instead implement rules of psychology, they are experiencing a disconnect with reality – a judicial psychosis.

The sad truth about psychology, is that this profession has left reality behind in that they no longer believe in the basic guiding principles of the conscience called morality. Atheism and Materialism has invaded the science of psychology and has led to the rejection of the moral basis of our conscience and the actions we take. Instead of helping people reconcile with their conscience to improve upon their behavior, psychology offers rationalizations in excuse of their bad behavior. In an extreme extent, psychology is religion of the ‘self’ and provides excuses for all sorts of immoral behavior.

Further, psychology no longer believes there is such a thing as the ‘soul.’ Rejecting the foundation of their profession as the study of the soul, this profession is absorbed into find the materialist causes of actions. Self, society, and government are all based upon a basic understanding of our soul as the seat of decision making for our actions. Rejecting what the soul is also rejects the moral obligations we have to be accountable for our actions.

One example of immorality that psychology excuses is homosexuality. This was once considered a mental illness but in the 1970s, they determined homosexuality would no longer be treated as a mental illness. They abandoned the homosexual community.

·       On December 15, 1973, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Board of Trustees voted unanimously to remove homosexuality from its Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-II). This milestone decision marked a massive shift in how the mental health field viewed sexual orientation.

This disconnect with the conscience has far and wide consequences to the point where the dismissal of the conscience and moral principles leads to more than psychosis, it leads to insanity. Children today are now being abused by psychology with the thinking that they are of a gender other than what they were given by conception.

There is also the further disconnect of the American Court system that relied heavily on the profession of psychology and psychiatry in determining the mental state of Lindsay Clancy who admittedly killed her 3 children. The acts and facts of this case according to Law were clear but the Court was overwhelmed by the takeover of the psychological community. In the final decision of the Court, the choice was made to rule according to the mental state of the accused instead of the acts and fact of murders committed. The religion of self has prevailed in this case.

The Courts began several centuries ago in order to define human behavior according to the actions they take. The evidence provided to a Court was to determine guilt or innocence according to the laws established on moral principles. One knew what was right according to their conscience and as laws based upon the same principles of right and wrong were in force, people were free to do what they chose as long as it didn’t violate moral/legal boundaries. This exercise of freedom according to one’s conscience is now in jeopardy. We are likely to see more people accused of standing up for moral principles thrown into jail and more criminals released from jail because they had a mental lapse.

The case should have been closed upon Mrs. Clancy as soon as it was determined by facts that her acts led to the death of her children. The case shifted to an alternate Court of Psychologists and Psychiatrists arguing matters of psyche-prudence instead of juris-prudence. The courtroom was no longer used to determine matters at law but the subject of a philosophy of science. The study of the Law is a study of the humanities, sociology, and how people behave. That is now supplanted by the new sociology of psychology where the religion of self provides excuses for immoral decisions and now criminal behavior.
