Out of a Mountain of Despair, a Stone of Hope has been cut.

The Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Junior spoke to the conscience of our nation. He spoke not only in words but in deeds. He said that:

Jesus is for everyone regardless of color.

People are people regardless of color.

The law should be applied equally to everyone regardless of color.

These are timeless truths that provide a foundation for change in our nation. Speaking to the conscience of our nation in these terms, Dr. King and company also spoke to our conscience in the use of civil disobedience (civility, not incivility) . Sitting at lunch counters previously not allowed; riding busses in the front seats when ordered to move to the back, etc. Speaking to America’s collective conscience is a means to an end. The end being the Dream of Liberty.

However, Black Lives Matter (BLM) only speaks to our nation’s conscience in words alone. Their collective actions demonstrate violence in the streets, which leads to a conscious dismissal of their claims. We saw last year the protracted assault on our nation’s institutions (law, police, businesses, economy, etc.) as BLM advocates couple with gangs in various inner cities across our nation. Not once did they mention the Dream of Dr. King. And there is a reason for this.

BLM came from BM or Black Matters. While it is known that BLM has an historic connection with BM, what is not well known is the connection between BM and the Russian internet research agency (IRA) that has sponsored many campaigns in America to foster political unrest and dissent using racial tensions and strife. BLM, following in the footsteps of BM, has no history with the Civil Rights Movement or the Dream of Dr. King.

Other leaders of the BLM movement have openly acknowledged their connection with Marxist philosophy and even support the socialist dictator of Venezuela. The IRA has used the issue of racial strife to promote disinformation in the 2016 elections to discourage Black voters from voting and to encourage public protests and violence based upon race. From this Black people feel their vote is not important and that the police do not support them. BLM is part and partial with all of this and has no foundation from the Dream of Dr. King in what they say, what they do, or what they want.

The Patriot’s Dream of 1776 could be described as the 'Freedom to do what is Right!' Religious, economic, political, and social freedom is what the Patriot’s Dream is all about. Rights and Responsibilities is how the Dream is put into action personally. Applying the rule of law to provide the equal protection of our laws to all people while holding people accountable for their own behavior is how the Dream applied corporately.

Dr. King was a minister of the Church and not the State. If he was a minister of the State, he ‘coulda, woulda, shoulda’ said, 'I look forward to the day when people are adjudicated, not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their behavior.’ This is how the Dream is applied by the State. And the police are already working on everyone’s behalf to apply the Dream; we do not need to defund the police; that is killing the Dream. The police, by rule and by practice, do not care what your color is; they care about what your behavior is - what you are doing. If you are behaving as you should (Patriot’s Dream) then the government should leave you alone. However, if you break the law, the government should hold you accountable for your behavior. This is the Dream of both the Patriot and Dr. King put into action!

BLM is not promoting the Dream or practicing the Dream. Their dream is for more racial divisions, more protests and riots, and more Marxism/Leninism leading to an American socialist state. The Patriot’s Dream has no meaning to them; much less, the Dream of Dr. King. King's Dream is past history to BLM as they have no history with it. BLM is killing the Dream of Dr. King and because of them we are rapidly losing the Dream. We however, should continue to work towards the Dream and win with it. Yes, Black lives do matter; it speaks to our conscience; but so too do our actions. Let’s put into action genuine peaceful protests that speak to the conscience of our nation in both words and deeds. This way, we will be winning the Dream!
